Vintage Record No. 05 Smoothing Plane Cabinetmaker Woodworking Made in England

Lovely old plane, has come from a great collection of planes (please see my other listings). In very good condition, age and wear marks as per photos. Please look at all photos carefully as they form part of the condition description. Nice smooth adjustments, base nice and smooth, blade tip nice and straight but may need to be sharpened. Comes fitted with a Stanley lever cap and'Super Sterling' blade and unbranded chip breaker. Wooden handle and tote would benefit from a sand/varnish. A great piece to add to your collection.
