Fountain Pen 14ct Gold Nib 585 White Dot Made In England. A gold coloured white dot Sheaffer fountain pen that takes cartridges. The gold colour is textured metal, hopefully visible in the pictures. On the nib (difficult for me to photograph), it says Sheaffer 14k Made in ENGLAND 585. I think this is the gold barleycorn pattern.

It looks as if it has very little use, though it contains an empty cartridge. It is in good condition, but we have not been able to test it. The first pens introduced with the White Dot were marketed as, Unconditionally guaranteed to work for a lifetime.
